Inez Irene Dillard Rayzer was born on November 20, 1942 to the late Hamp Dillard, Sr. and Inez Dalton Dillard in Pittsburgh, PA.  She departed this life on Saturday January 13, 2001 at Montefiore Hospital.

Inez was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System where she graduated from Fifth Avenue High School, later to attend the Community College of Allegheny County.

Inez was a devoted Buddhist.  She was united in marriage to Oliver Rayzer, Sr., and from this union she leaves to mourn five children, Oliver Rayzer Jr. of Dallas, TX, Phillip Rayzer and Howard Rayzer of Pittsburgh, PA, Stephanie Rayzer of Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Steven Rayzer of Annapolis, MD.

Inez also leaves to mourn, one step-daugher Kimberly Allen Thomas of McDonald, PA; eleven grandchildren; five brothers whom proceeded her in death, Hamp Dillard, Jr., Willie James Dillard, Barry Lee Dillard, Fletcher Dillard, Tommy Dillard, all of Pittsburgh, PA; five sisters, Delores Chatman, Carolyn Riveria, Antoinette, Cassandra, and Stephanie Lynn Gardner; brother, LeRoy Dillard; one brother-in-law, Miguel Riveria; two sisters-in-law, Gwendolyn and Devora Dillard; one stepson-in-law, Ronald Thomas; three daughers-inlaw, Shanna Rayzer, Catherine Rayzer, and LaSaune Rayzer; and a host, host, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
