Samuel Rayzer was born on April 9, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Clarence and Isadore Rayzer, he died suddenly on July 24, 2003,  Samuel was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School system.  He completed his education at Fifth Avenue High School.  In his youmger years he played baseball and basketball.  As a child he was on various little leage teams.  He won awards for playing sports.  Throughout his life he worked in different maintenance areas.  He retired from the Morrowfield Apartments after 20 years of service as a mntenance worker.  Samuel was a fun loving, strong man, that love his family. He had a strong work ethic and he was always willing to help in any capacity.

Clarence Rayzer, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Rayzer, was born April 12, 1912 in Orangeburg, South Carolina.  At an early age, he came to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania were he remained until his death.


 


On the twenty-six of November 1929, in Pittsburgh, he was united in marriage to Miss Isadora Robinson.  From this union, 13 children were born:  Thelma, laroe, Clarence Jr., Bertha Ann, Isadora, Loretta, Dorothy Elizabeth, Irene, Oliver, Samuel, David, Melvin and Peggy.


 


In 1934, he became employed by Westinghouse Electric Corporation, from which he retired after 36 years of service.<...

John Lee Rayzer, Sr. was born on March 11, 1915, in Orangeburg, South Carolina.  He was the second born of two sons of the union of Maggie Olivia Pugh and Leo Rayzer.  His parents moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during his early childhood.

While living in Pittsburgh, John attended trade school, enjoyed running track and winning bowling contests with his older brother, Clarence Rayzer, Sr.

During his yound adulthood, while still living in Pittsburgh, he entered into a 56 year long union of marriage on October 23, 1937, to his beloved wife, the late Miss Ivern Mae Burch.  This union was relocated to New York City, where it brought forth four sons: John Lee, Jr.,...

ISADORA ROBINSON RAYZER, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother, departed this life early Tuesday morning May 5, 1992 in the South Hills Health Center.  She was 80 years of Age.


 


Isadora, the daugher of the late Bertha Fields Robinson and Paul Robinson, was born July 18, 1911 in Connellsville, PA.
