Inez Irene Dillard Rayzer was born on November 20, 1942 to the late Hamp Dillard, Sr. and Inez Dalton Dillard in Pittsburgh, PA. She departed this life on Saturday January 13, 2001 at Montefiore Hospital.
Inez was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System where she graduated from Fifth Avenue High School, later to attend the Community College of Allegheny County.
Inez was a devoted Buddhist. She was united in marriage to Oliver Rayzer, Sr., and from this union she leaves to mourn five children, Oliver Rayzer Jr. of Dallas, TX, Phillip Rayzer and Howard Rayzer of Pittsburgh, PA, Stephanie Rayzer of Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Steven Rayzer of Annapolis, MD.

James Terrell Hughes
1972-09-05 2014-12-31James Terrell Hughes was born Labor Day September 5, 1972 to James Oliver and Sharon Denise (Campbell) Hughes in Pittsburgh, PA. In Cleveland he was known as James and to his family and friends he was known as Terrell. He attended Lincoln Elementary, Margaret Milliones Middle School, School for Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) and Schenley High School. In the 6th grade he began to play the bariton saxophone. Samuel Rayzer
1943-04-09 2003-07-24Samuel Rayzer was born on April 9, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Clarence and Isadore Rayzer, he died suddenly on July 24, 2003, Samuel was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School system. He completed his education at Fifth Avenue High School. In his youmger years he played baseball and basketball. As a child he was on various little leage teams. He won awards for playing sports. Throughout his life he worked in different maintenance areas. He retired from the Morrowfield Apartments after 20 years of service as a mntenance worker. Samuel was a fun loving, strong man, that love his family. He had a strong work ethic and he was always willing to help in any capacity.

Melvin Rayzer

Preceded in death by both parents, Clarence and Isadore; three sisters; two brothers; host of nieces, nephews, and loved ones. Memorial service Friday evening, March 11, 2016, at 7 p.m., at Friendship Community Church, 181 Robinson Street, Pittsburgh 15213.
